  • Seedless grapes (3.5 pounds; preferably half green and half red)
  • Cream cheese, of room temperature (14 ounces)
  • Sour cream vanilla (1 tablespoon)

  • Sugar (1-1/4 cup)
  • Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Dried and crushed pecans (1/2 cup)

  • Step 01: To begin with, wash off the grapes using fast and running water. They set the grapes aside for air drying. Meanwhile, set the cream cheese out so that it comes to room temperature as early as possible.

  • Step 04: Then pour the cream cheese into the previous bowl of sugar and sour cream mixture. Mix them all using an electronic mixer on medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 05: At this stage, take a spatula and fold the vanilla softly into the mixture. Keep folding and blend the vanilla thoroughly. Don’t over mix and stop immediately. By this time, the mixture will be fluffy and take a light form.

I’m sharing this tip from my personal experience. Once I had halved this but used too much dressing in it. So, I had to get rid of the dressing anyway. If you have done the same, here is the trick:

Chill the dish for a few hours at least. Then remove half the salad and place it in a strainer. Now, you would be able to rinse off the dressing. Then repeat the same for the rest (the remaining half) of the salad.
