- Firstly, take the tempeh and cut them into small pieces. Then take a Dutch oven to sauté the pieces of tempeh. When the tempeh pieces are partially cooked and feel greasy, stop cooking and drain tempeh pieces.
- Now, take a pan and cook the sliced onions in olive oil until they begin to wilt. When you see the onions have started to wilt, stop cooking immediately. Then put back the tempeh pieces in the pan. After that, add all other ingredients to the pan, but save some chicken broth for subsequent use.
- Place the pan over the skillet and start hitting until the ingredients start boiling.
- When the ingredients are simmered, place a lid over the pan and start cooking again. Cook for one and a half hours.
- Then, remove the lid and check if there is too much liquid. If you find too much liquid, remove it manually as you have already cooked it for the needed period.
